A) Confirmation of booking

  1. To confirm a booking a deposit of THB 2500 is required. The balance can be paid at the beginning of a course or a day of a diving excursion.
  2. The deposit can be made via PayPal or per bank transfer (please be aware, that you need to pay ALL bank fees (Your bank fees and our bank fees).
  3. The balance will be paid in cash (Thai Bath).

B) Payment methods

We accept cash, credit card or PayPal. If you pay by credit card it will be carried out via PayPal. At all the ATM’s in Thailand, you can easily get cash with your credit card or EC-card. For every withdrawl, there is a limit of 20’000 Thb as well as a limit of max. 50’000 Thb a day.

Important Information:

If you pay by credit card or PayPal there will be an additional 5% charge to the original price.

C) Cancellation Policy

  1. Any cancellation must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
  2. Any cancellation made before 24 hours in advance is free of charges.
  3. Cancellations made until 17:00 the day before the booked tour can be charged with a fee of 30% oft the total amount.
  4. If a cancellation is made after 17:00 the day before the tour, the total amount will be charged.
  5. In the event of non-attendance on the day of discharge, the payment is made and charged to the full extent.
  6. In case of non-discharge rate or a boat trip (for example Due to weather conditions or other unforeseeable events), subject to the deposit costs will be refunded, if a repeat or re-execution of the event can not take place.

D) Courses/ Packages and Promotions

  1. Any cancellation made until 30 days before the booked services are will be refunded with a cancellation fee of 500 Thai Baht.
  2. Cancellations made 30 days before the booked services will be charged with 30% of the total amount.
  3. Any cancellations on the day before the booked services the total amount will be charged.
