AWARE Fish Identification

The PADI Project Aware Fish Identification course helps you answer the questions you ask your self “What was that”, this course is designed to teach you the basics so the next time your scuba diving you know the answer.

You’ll will find that recognizing the different fish and creatures makes scuba diving more fun. We will teach you the main fish families and there characteristic to help you decipher the species. You can also check the marine reference library at ScubaEarth which will help you identifying different fish family’s.

For example, a Butterfly fish in the Caribbean has a similar shape to a butterfly fish in Southeast Asia but there colours and marking may be different.
